Aria Terms of Use

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These Terms of Use describe the basic rules for using Aria, an AI-assisted performance coaching app.

Training and Health Guidance

Aria provides performance coaching, training organization, and educational information. Aria is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always use your judgment and consult a qualified professional before making health, injury, nutrition, or training decisions.

Subscriptions

Paid Aria features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal through your store account settings. Store billing, refunds, and cancellation tools are managed by Apple or Google.

For iOS App Store downloads, Apple's standard EULA also applies: Apple Standard EULA.

Your Account and Data

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Aria processes account, training, health integration, Community Feed, human messaging, media, and AI coaching data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Community Feed, Human Messaging, and Acceptable Use

Aria includes an audience-limited Community Feed and relationship-gated human messaging. Human messages may include text, images, documents, and voice recordings. You must be at least 13 years old to create a Social Profile or use social features. The Community Feed is not an anonymous or open-web publishing service, and human messaging is not random or anonymous chat.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Stadiora Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, adapt for technical delivery, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve Aria. This license ends when the content is deleted except for copies reasonably retained in participant-visible conversation history, backups, legal or security records, or private moderation evidence as described in the Privacy Policy.

Feed posts, comments, profiles, and human messages can be reported. Report and Block are separate controls. Blocking removes ordinary mutual visibility or conversation access without notifying the blocked person. Automated screening may reject or flag text, photos, documents, or other media before or after publication.

When human-message content is reported, Aria privately preserves the reported content, its media, and up to five preceding messages for authorized moderators. This evidence is not visible to conversation participants and may remain available after the sender retracts the message or ordinary conversation access ends.

Aria may remove content, restrict social or messaging access, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests to protect users and enforce these Terms. Human-chat moderation evidence is retained for 24 months from filing and longer only while the review remains open.

Third-Party Exercise Content

Some exercise catalog entries in Aria are sourced from third-party providers and remain the property of those providers.
